About the SILZ (Riyadh)

The Special Integrated Logistics Zone (SILZ) sits next to King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh and is the Kingdom’s first integrated logistics zone of its kind. Administered by the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) with customs and tax rules set by ZATCA, it is built for logistics, warehousing, re-export and value-added activities such as maintenance, light assembly and regional distribution. It is administered separately from the four ECZA Special Economic Zones, but investors often weigh it alongside them when locating a Saudi logistics or distribution hub.
