Indicative licence fees under the LOK are a one-off non-refundable application fee of about EUR 4,592, then an annual B2C licence fee of about EUR 47,450, made up of roughly EUR 24,490 to the National Treasury and EUR 22,960 in CGA supervisory fees, with annual fees payable in full by 15 January. Licensed B2B suppliers pay a single supervisory fee of about EUR 24,490. Added primary domains run about EUR 250 each. Two caveats matter. First, these are market figures rather than an official schedule: the Curacao Gaming Authority does not currently publish a fee table we can cite, and its online gaming portal has been offline, so we confirm current amounts with the regulator before you commit. Is the Curacao master/sub-license model still available?

No. Under the LOK, in force from December 2024, the Curacao Gaming Authority (CGA) issues licences directly. The old master-license and sub-license structure has been abolished and the transitional arrangements (including the seal system) have wound down.
