About the Cloud Computing SEZ

The Cloud Computing Special Economic Zone is an unusual "virtual" zone: rather than a single fenced site, it lets qualifying cloud service providers build and operate data centres at locations across Saudi Arabia while still benefiting from the zone’s fiscal and regulatory incentives. Headquartered at King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology (KACST) in Riyadh, it targets cloud providers, data centres, digital infrastructure and AI, and applications in digital health, smart mobility and advanced manufacturing. It is one of the four ECZA Special Economic Zones.
