How Anjouan Licensing Works

An Anjouan gaming licence is issued to a company, typically an Anjouan or other offshore entity, that satisfies the authority’s due-diligence requirements. The authority conducts background checks on directors, shareholders, and ultimate beneficial owners, and the applicant must put in place mandatory compliance policies before issuance. A single licence then covers multiple gaming verticals, is issued for one year, and is renewed annually.
